To answer a second call coming in, press the menu (BlackBerry) button, scroll to Answer. Pressing the menu key again will let you swap between calls.

Don’t remember your phone number? Press the Phone button, it is displayed at the top.

To add a number to Speed Dial, open your Contacts. Press the BlackBerry button and choose Add Speed Dial. Now choose the button you want to associate with this phone number. You can also add to the Speed Dial in the Phone Log using the same method.

To use Speed Dial, simply press and hold the button associated with the contact you want to call.

To access your Voice Mail, press the Phone key and press and hold the 1 key.
